The Arduino-based password safe makes sure that hackers won't be able to steal all your passwords at once! They won't find any file where all your keys are saved in, they won't be able keylog your master password. All your keys are stored encrypted on the Arduino and will be typed in by the Arduino if you select it on the touchscreen. And for the case that some reallife hacker wants to use your safe, he has to get past your master-password. Bruteforcing is impossible: he has to try the passwords by typing them at the touchscreen... oh dear.. that would take years!
